Not to recover my car

This is useless shame, they refused to recover my car after I have opened a case.. I opened a case against the unathourised use of my vehiclez they say they can't recover it causenit not theft and I must go and open another case on theft under false pretense like really now... Worse part I have never missed a payment and to be treated like these it not on...
