Not telephone etiquette from consultant

I received a call from.some guy from accounts saying they appreciate keeping my account in track I then raised my concerns with the not so user friendly app that I find quiet useless at times consultant says he's transferring me to fleet departments then hung up I prove it because my phone can notify me if call was cut or hung up what a appalling service from that guy hey
