Not Responsible and No accountability

We were approached by 1of their sales rep in our premises and promised us their services that included fleet cameras that can capture the driver and the route same time even outside the country like Botswana and Zambia only excluding DRC as that is normally our route. They offered to run a free Test on 1of our Truck(Scania P250)to specific and after their Technician came and installed the cameras and the sensor for the diesel, On our way to the weighbridge as the Truck was already Loaded with Frozen which they delayed us 2days before they could send their Technician, the Truck started having issues with the air system which affected everything on the truck including the gearbox as this Scania Truck is Electronical so it affected everything on the truck.

We called the Technician who was doing the installation and also the same sales rep to inform them on what has transpired, The Technician came and checked and saw that the truck was not ok and checked but could not resolve the issue and said we should call our own Mechanic as they don't have one or take it to a Scania Specialist to fix it and the company will pay.

We than told the Sales Rep of Which He also said the same thing, Than we Took it to Truck Star Group who are Specialist in Scania and upon our arrival when their technician checked found that Cartrack Technician just found any life Circuits and Joined on them and this was life circuits for the air system which he had put on. So it Costed us to replace one of the part which was damaged due to this incident which the part was APS and Costed us R30 000 including the labour cost.

We submitted everything to Cartrack and Now they starting dodging the issue of paying us back, they send one of their investigation technician and he was rude and trying to defend his technician that he never touched in-front of the truck of which we had to involve the third party to proof that he did touch in-front which we provided them with a cctv footage for when he was installing and proved that he did indeed touched in-front.

So Cartrack has refused to pay us back our money, I will never recommend any1 to work with them as they don not take responsibility and they have rude representative and they lie on their presentations and never give you what they promised. This Company is not reliable and not professionals as they claim to be with their police of "we brake it we pay" we regret allowing them to run their free test with us as it has damaged our Truck and costed us Money of which they don not want to take responsibility and not accountable.
