Not Reliable

Numerous times i have accidentally forgot to switch off my Car watch feature on the app, and when they phone i answer and let them know it was a mistake but i have had a few times where i did not answer and then nothing happens and on other times i don't answer then they phone my wife but she also does not answer and still nothing happens.

When i try and report this they just tell me they will reboot the device, this has nothing to do with the dic=vece if they receive the signal.

Last weekend my wife started the car at church and i switched on the car watch, then all of a sudden i get the call that the car is being started and in stress i responded by pressing 1 to talk to a agent and this guy tells me that its just a error he will put me through to the services to reset the unit.

Next moment i see my car driving on the app and the call dropped while he put me through. I'm standing there stressed that my car is being ****** but he tells me its just an error!!!

This was my wife leaving church and forgot to let me know, so her phone was still on silent that's why i could not reach her.

I need the services to by more reliable than this!
