Not reading their notes
We asked them numerous times to make a note on their system not to call us regarding a specific alert and after phone calls and emails they still call almost daily.

30 Jul 2024, 16:03Why are you still calling us about the same complaint? ISo your employees just choose to ignore notes that are on the system. I have been asking since March to not call us for this alert and we got another call today. Apparently customer service is not a priority for you. I am downgrading my rating to 1 star and will definitely not be making use of your service on a personal level or be recommending you ever.
