Not professional and poor Customer service

I have been with Cartrack for over three years now ( 2018) and I must say they provide the most horrible Customer service ever. It looks like they are in business to only make money and they don't care about their Clients. I called them on Friday to provide them with a Case number to help recover my vehicle and I was told the car does not appear on the Circulation database. I called the Police Officer who was assisting me today( 28/02/2022 ) to clarify the matter. I called Cartrack again to inform them that the car was circulated. The Agent I spoke to said somebody from the Recovery team will call me back and I've been waiting since. This type of Customer service is the last thing we need considering that they are dealing with our priced possessions and should be dealt with as a matter of urgency.
