not happy with the reply i got

i got highjacked in may 2023 and the tracker device got compromised at the sceen and the car still not found even today. my package had warrenty add feather whereby if they dont find the car they have to pay 150K, for almost 6 years paying them at the last minutes they told me i have defaulted for not testing the devices. i understand the first year they should have told me that i am no longer covered but no, they continue taking my money and i regard that as a ****.

it took me long to come to this platform hoping they will come to their senses and on the other site i was healing from trauma.
