Not happy with cartrack

I had car track since I bought my car in 2018, paid them for 3 years. Within my 3rd year sometime in 2022 a lady called me selling cartrack to me and I said I am on cartrack already, she asked me how long have I been with cartrack I said just over 3 years. She told me something that shocked me that am I aware after the 2 year contract that I have with cartrack I must renew it otherwise even if my car is ****** they won’t recover it as I am not covered anymore. Then I said to the lady cancel my contract then because I will not renew it because no one told me that after 2 years of paying I must renew otherwise I won’t be covered. Last year I started receiving calls from cartrack asking me to pay and I have been singing the same song to them telling them what I told the lady after she told me I am not covered. Now they threatening me sending me a message if I don’t pay they will sequestrate my car. They need to fix this
