Not happy with Cartrack

I have had the worst experience of my life. I can't get them to cancel their contract at no cost, The unit they installed is not working, yet they charging me for that unit that is not working. I have tried multiple times to contact them, each time am told that someone from support will call me back but still no feedback. Cartrack is pits honestly.
