Not Happy

Very bad, got 2 vehicles. The first one, I need to phone in all the time to reboot unit, carwatch not working, ignition stays on, report it couple of times with no solution. GPS incorrect location, saying the vehicle is drywing, meantime it stand still. 2nd vehicle was in a accident, no alert, no assistance, car was a write off. Tell me speed was to low to detect accident, what the hell, what speed do you have to travel before they will get a alert? For me the units is useless, I'm not paying for things that don't work!
