Not happy

I had my tracking system installed in 2018 (2 years contract) . I had an accident in 2019 the car was written off. I tried to cancel the contract they have been sending me from pillar to post. It is been 2 years without a car but they deduct premium. Their consultants don't want to give their names on the phone.
