Not good, not good at all

Tshepang Mashego...... Maybe I will come right with her, this time. So far I had no luck with Sifewu; Zamaswazi; Gotso; Ayanda; Whileman; Veronica; Sikalagotle; Dondolo; Monoko; to just name a few..... this is not even the agents I was referred to, in the maintenance department. So far I had an absolute nightmare experience with Cartrack. Had my unit installed in my bike 2 months ago but it never worked. Had it "whole system re-do" by George on 5/11/24. Still it is not working. Every time it gets escalated, but no one ever calls back or follows up. After 4-5 days I call to follow up but no notes has been logged on the system so everything starts all over again. Cancelling is no option cause that will also cost me extra. Like I said, maybe Tshepang will do them proud. Fingers crossed.
