I wanted to give them a 1-star review but increased it to 3 stars since the problem with Cartrack was partly my fault.
Morrel of the story ... I made a mistake with the payment (used the wrong reference number, to the correct bank account). This was an easy mistake since they misspelt my surname in their reference and I, obviously, spelt my surname correctly. Something small like this is however the end of the world at Cartrack and they seem to be not able to fix it. So, they are constantly spamming me via WhatsApp, email, SMS and call centre calls even though they were paid.
Today, I just gave up and paid their fee a second time. If you do everything correctly, this company will probably work ok for you but if you make a mistake with the proof of your payment ... you will be hunted until you pay them a second time and their service will cost you twice their agreed fee. It is that or spamming every day ... not fun.

13 Nov 2024, 13:22An update on the above ... Even after I paid them twice (the second time yesterday was via their own supp**** app, with their own supp**** reference they are still hunting me. I should never have done business with them.
I have provided Cartrack with the proof of payment 3 times, talked to their call centers 2 times, worked with two WhatsApp channels and emailed them. There is just no way to get them to stop spamming me.
Since I am not going to pay a third time, and there is no use talking to them, can anyone mail me contact information for a great lawyer who works with this. I also want to report them to a government organization. I have heard that there are government organizations in SA that stop this type of abuse. Can anyone help with who they are? You can mail me at ***. Thanks.
