Not considering payment arrangements

I am fully aware that my account is in arrears and although I have attempted to make arrangements to pay nothing has been accepted. In my most recent attempt to pay I have sent an email stating that I will pay the arrears amount on the 15th of December only to be told by vuyiswa kata that my account will be handed over in December and that even if I were to pay the service will remain suspended until the contract ends. It appears that your company is more interested in the money than rendering the service. I would need to pay almost two years for a service that is not rendered eventhough I tried to make arrangements. Please advise
