Not cartrack but rather MONEYTRACK!!!

My due date for payment is only on the SEVENTH as I am paying with my SASSA payment that I am getting tomorrow. However i have already received several messages and phone calls requesting payments. I asked the last person who phoned me, if she could see that I have scheduled my payments for after the 7th since I am waiting for my SASSA payment to get paid out. Then she states that yes she can see that I have a payment schedule for the 7th so she wpuld just like to schedule this payment to ensure that it does go through. WHY WOULD YOU START SENDING MESSAGES ON THE 1st OF THE MONTH IF THE DUE DATE IS THE 7th? THEN WHY DO YOU PHONE FOR DEMAND STILL ABOUT 4 DAYS AHEAD OF TIME WANTING TO SCHEDULE PAYMENT???? This is NOT ON! I am SO HAPPY that I have removed my bank details from them so that they can no longer like they did in the past just take out any amount of monwy out of my bank account at any time they want! They have once deducted a month’s premium despite me paying 2 months premiums in the same month.
