Not a happy chappy

The Scheduling department does not bother to call you back after they said they would. Certain East London tech called to say he would start the installation at 08h30 on Monday the 02/03/2026 never showed up. After I threw my toys out my cot a very efficient tech arrived around 13h00 his name was Leroy . What a pleasure it was to deal with Leroy. He apologised for the incompetency of his collegues installed the tracker and camera without a problem left only after I confirmed I was happy. Maybe Leroy should run this company.
