Nonsensical service

I'm disgusted and annoyed with the service of this company called car track, I took a contract with them and they were supposed to come fit the device today Saturday 29 November 2025 at 10am,i called their scheduling department and I was told I don't have fitment appointment for today actually the technician deleted or removed the appointment without communication with me, I then asked to be transferred to customer service to cancel this nonsense, then the lady at customer service called me Mr Mulaudzi and I should confirm if my dad Mr Mulaudzi is my next of kin, my father passed away long time ago and I'm not Mulaudzi I'm Sambo, the the technician called and asked him how long will he take he said about 20 minutes and asked if my Address is in Alberton, I never stayed in Alberton I gave them my correct address when I signed which is Protea Glen, this definitely not a tracking company you can trust look after your valuable vehicle, if you do have a contract with this nonsensical CARTRACK cancel before you regret.
