nonsense company ever

nosense company ever. I have cartrack for the passed 3 - to 4 years, while have passed their 3 years contract their agent called me an introduced me in new tracking devise which i can operate it on app it was fine i accepted the offer. now after accepting the offer they are deducting twice, they deduct R192 AND R149 for new tracker. when i called them they say i am owing them i ask how because im on a new tracker i only need to pay 1 account not 2 accounts.
