None Ethical and none complaint

My biggest issue with car track is just how they don’t follow policy like it’s really awfully scary how they make these commitments but actually don’t follow through on any of them. I now am dealing with like extreme bank charges because they keep debiting off of my account even outside of the date and times that we agree to the claim to have sent you an SMS one SMS but will definitely call you six times in one day when you miss one day of pavement of payment And for me it’s very frustrating like I don’t think they’re very professional. I think they hound people with Sherly tells me that the employees work in very bad conditions particularly because I reported this issue to one of the agents today and this lady literally kept silent for five minutes on the phone and hung up on me and my question was who’s going to pay for the bank charges given that our agreement is that you will debit on the 25th of every month should the 25th fall on a weekend or holiday you will debit on the next business day that is Standard and mandatory but for some reason they check and change their rules as in when they please they charge you more wanting to opt out. They are not very clear about what exactly they can do for you. One minute. The service is free your **** get lost the next minute. You’ll have to pay a certain amount of fee in order for them to help you find your car so to be honest, I don’t think it’s worth it. I don’t think the company holds high business acumen. If anything it’s giving me a sense of gangsterism white-collar ********s really That I just using in a bathing our fear of loss to give us a service that just enriches them, but it never really benefit us.
