Non responsive camera issue

Cartrack failed to sort my cameras on the vehicle for 7 month and they still deduct money from me and to top it I complained on these platform and a manager by the name Koena Lebogo promised to sort the issue out on 18 April to date nothing has happened he was just saying it to show that they respond to issues whilst they actually don't... Maybe they must pay me back and come remove their useless cameras and tracker off my car
