Non recovery warranty

I enetered into a contract with cartrack middle October 2019 and chose the option of non recovery warranty. My car was ****** beginning of March 2020 and cartrack actually phoned me when the car was ****** to asked if this is a false alarm or not...which it wasnt my car was indeed gone. They eventually found the tracking unit but not the car. So i completed all the docs and send it in...told me it takes 60 working days....waited forever and then all of the sudden was declined. Reason being i did not test the unit within the 3 months...i only had the unit for almost 5 months. The term and conditions was send but to the wrong email address. But besides that...i used my app regulary to see where my car was and cartrack traced the unit...so the unit was in working condition. And of all those terms and conditions which i met....99% of them they decline my warranty based on that one...which they cant proof that the unit was indeed faulty. I bet that 99% of the people dont even know they should test the unit quaterly. I am very disappointed in cartrack, and will take this matter further.
