Non functional device installed

2 days ago Cartrack installed a bogus device that is not working. They sent 3 technicians who worked on my car for almost 4 hours and these guys wasted my time and left knowing very well that the device is not working. Frans Bahuba is the worst technician ever! He **** about the device working and put my life at risk! I have been calling this entire week reporting that the device is not working and I was told a technician will come and repair it. I have not received any confirmation of a technician, even after expressing the urgency of the matter. Cartrack instead gave me a repair date that is more than a week away. I am a black woman driving a high risk vehicle in Johannesburg and cartrack does not care about my safety nor the safety of my car. They are not prioritising the matter and are putting my life in great danger. I have been a loyal and longstanding customer and I am disappointed and flabbergasted by their current customer service, lack of care and sympathy and unprofessionalism. I need the device repaired today or the cancellation of the policy and I WILL NOT BE PAYING ANY PENALTIES!!!
