Non existing service

Terrible service! Beware, Cartrack does not uphold any of their promises. I joined them in August 2023, purchased a new vehicle in March 2024, and informed them via email. I attached the completed de-installation and re-installation form along with proof of payment to deactivate the unit on my old vehicle and reinstall it on my new one. Today marks 21 days since I sent the email, and despite calling them four times in the last four weeks, the unit has still not been sorted out. The dealer has already sold my previous vehicle, and now Cartrack wants to charge me a deactivation fee due to their *********** service. They make all these wonderful promises when selling their product but cannot fulfill a simple service like this. If you wish to cancel your contract, they want to charge you a ridiculous early cancellation fee. Currently, we are paying a fee for a unit that is in a vehicle no longer in our name, and my new high-risk vehicle does not have a unit installed. If they cannot even de and re-install a unit, how will they recover your vehicle or assist you in a time of crisis? Shame on you, Cartrack! I will never recommend your service and will be using an alternative supplier.
