Non existing "2 months free subscription"
2 Months free subscription (promised 3 years ago and to date no free 2 months....) I have now followed up 5 times concerning the 2 months free subscriptions. Seems the "Escalation" department is in the ether. False advertising!! Call centre/control room staff friendly though.
