Non existent service

Their unit is draining my vehicle's battery - It takes them forever to schedule a booking to have it removed. - free if you go to a Fitment centre, or you pay R600 to book a technician. I have no contractual relationship with Cartrack and will never have - not sure why I must pay to have YOUR UNIT removed that is causing damage to MY VEHICLE. thankful i dont do business with you on a normal day!!!! Service is shocking to say the least
