Non exestant mangement

This company runs without management.When calling leaving request for management to call back ,they don't call back.Had requested a tracking unit install,they did not pitch at the agreed time for the install,but if you miss the install time they want to charge you R 600.00.Unit not installed,then they want to charge you R 2000.00 if you want to cancel.It turns out they did not have stock for the live camera system we contractually are paying for.Staff tell you you will get call back and no one calls back.
