Non-delivery of service promised

I have been paying premiums for the past 2 years and have never gotten a notification when my battery is removed. When I called into the control room to get my location and was given the incorrect location.... One of the consultants said that the device I have cannot give me an exact location when the package I have stated that I do. Please read the reviews on this page!
