No Warranty payout, be careful

I was Hi jacked awhile back and when I asked Cartrack about the warranty payout they mention on their site, they told me I don't qualify because I didn't test my unit quarterly and I reversed 3 payments last year. Cartrack deducted didn't install a unit into my second vehicle,but they deducted it for 3 months, that is why I reversed it, they eventually apologized and installed the unit, so it was their fault. Then about 3 weeks before my vehicle was ******, I changed my battery, because it kept giving me messages that its running down, then Cartrack called me and said they see I have a lost in power on my unit, so they new it worked and they even told me that they lost signal of the unit in my car, after they hi jacked me, so they knew the unit worked. So just be careful when getting Cartrack, they will always get something not to pay out.
