No show for appointments. Shockingly poor service

Cartrack never showed up for deinstallation of the system. It's been months of ups and downs with scheduling department but their technicians never shows up for appointments. Cartrack keeps on debiting my account each month for a service not rendered. Their social media consultants and call centers don't even assist with anything. Really I'll never recommend their service to anyone.
