No service whatsoever

Paying Cartrack for nothing at all. They can NEVER track any of my vehicles. The APP also can never track any of my vehicles. You cannot enable the Carwatch function as the APP always shows the car ignition as "ON". They make appointments and promises that their technicians will come and fix the problems, only to NEVER come out to fix anything. They never keep to any appointments. When you say you just want to cancel because they do not deliver any service they say you must pay thousands in cancellation fees even though THEY are in breach of the service agreement by not providing the service you are paying for. They always promise someone from the technical or service department will call you back but they NEVER do. I simply do not know what to do with this company and can only warn anybody who wants to have a tracking system in their vehicles to NOT use Cartrack as they have no real tracking system.
