no service received

Hello, I asked Cartrack to send me a report for my car movements on Friday, May 17. The ticket was closed without the report being sent to me on May 20. I informed Cartrack that they did not to attach the report, and they proceeded to send me a blank Excel spreadsheet instead. Despite my correspondence, Cartrack chose to ignore my email.
