No Service on Installtion

I am querying my Installation, it was meant to happen on the 15/02/2020, It’s the 4 days later, still no sign/Phone call from Tech to install, I want answers from the Manager, I’m really ticked off that i spent my whole Saturday Morning waiting for the TECH, till today I had to call and ask for Feedback. Why must i run around asking for Feedback, who is the customer?
