No service from Cartrac

Two vehicles on the Cartrac system. This morning I diconnect the battery on one of my vehicles and up to now no phone call was recieved from thier control room. I contacted both emergency numbers and the one gave me “a no number response” and the other “ leave a message”. What if it was a real emergency and my vehicle was ******? I also send an email to their head office as well as to the CEO, up to now, still no response. This is unacceptable!!!! I pay for their service and do not get it for free.
