NO SERVICE FOR TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

I've had cartrack for 3 years and their service is horrible. Only friendly when you join once your contract comes to an end they will show he'll. June a Consultant called to tell me about my account being in arrears and I told her they just deduct yesterday what do mean, she later said it does appear on her screen. I reminded her that July was my last month of the contract and I am terminating it with immediately. She said it was fine, they need to deduct R171 for the last I agreed. Tell me why deducting the R171 they continued to deduct further more. Another Consultant called me and I told her the account is terminated and she said I must do so in writing. I did the contract on the phone and I ended the contract on the phone. Why is cartrack trying to reap me off cause our 3 year contract ended. The service is poor, the Consultant on the phone are not helpful. I am disgusstated by this ********* behavior from this company and very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
