NO SERVICE

Very disappointed , purchased a vehicle 3 weeks ago , Signed all paperwork got sms confirmation of my logging details for the car track app , only to have no vehicle listed. Numerous phone calls to your call centre and whats app messages on your whats app line with NO ASSISTANCE and still no vehicle appearing on my app. Please can I get someone to remove the tracking device so that I can go to someone else who can offer me a service
