No service

I hve learnt the only way they reply is via HELLO PETER, I hav tried 3 times toget roadside assistance and no help I hve to call wen stranded, no one calls back.. now I called to to cancell this **** service m told I hve to pay fr it, when I signed up I was told it's not binding can you pple tel me what the xhdheyehd is happening there.. u charged me n I cant get serviced..
