NO SERVICE!!!

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!, Cost our company 4 days off downtime, The schedulling department has booked us down for fitment on Monday @ 8am, No show or contact from any technician, Called in, reshedulled for 3pm the same day, again no show. This happened for Tuesday, Wednesday and today is Thusday, still no technician. Numerous phone calls and you cannot speak to a manager, the call centre agents do not have facilty to call clients back. So you wait like sitting ducks and stop your business from running to accomadate, when and if a Cartrack technician decides he wants to fit your unit. Note this is the last day for my unit to be fitted so that I can submit proof to Insurance.
