No sense of urgency

Attempted Hijacking. Signal Jamming.

I’m so disappointed by the lack of urgency during a traumatic experience. I called in to repot an attempt hijacking on my vehicle and the signal of my car was jammed. I couldn’t start nor lock the car and I had to leave in standing outside and ran into the house when I got a window to escape. The 1st agent that called didn’t care to give me solutions but stated that car track only assists in recovering ****** cars and do not help with emergency services or anything else that helps prevent this ordeal to happen . This showed me who not to call when I’m in a life threatening situation pertaining my car that has a tracker I’ve been using almost 5 years
