NO SENSE OF URGENCY

Their service is quite disappointing to say the least. I am shocked! The company is not active in minimizing potential risk. They just don't care.

1. The tracking device was not working neither myself or them could track the vehicle. You'd think this is quite urgent. Not for Cartrack, it's not. I was the worried one. It's my asset at risk here. 4-5days later, the device miraculously started tracking. You'd think they'd still want to come check what the problem was? Not Cartrack.

2. The same thing happened again about a week or so later. Neither of us could pick up the vehicle. I have to keep calling the driver to ask where he is. If there's issues, he should call me and the police. I'll also call the police. Because at this point, calling Cartrack is a fruitless exercise and a waste of time. They can't locate the truck due to a faulty device and it's normal. No urgency is required. About 3 weeks later, a technician was sent to the vehicle.

3. Just when you thought it's sorted, the vehicle lights (headlights and dashboard lights) switch on their own (draining the battery). The driver tells me that, after the technician worked on the device, during the testing, smoke was coming from the cables in the area he worked. That technician had to go back rework. Reporting the matter the to Cartrack, another frustrating situation. They'll someone a week later. What do we do in the meantime? Stop the vehicle until you sent someone? Keep the power off save the battery until you able to attend to the vehicle? I've only known cartrack. It's time to explore other companies.
