No Response from clientservice

Cartrack was added to my vehicle when purchasing it. I got an initial email with no login details and unable to access the service at all. After numerous emails still nothing. However they can call you and try to sell you a dashcam, but can't even send out login details. Their lack of attention to a simple issue puts so much doubt in my mind when it comes to actually protecting my vehicle. After 3weeks of being told @clientservices will be in contact with me and still nothing, I've had to resort to reviewing them as a company. All I keep hearing it that it's being escalated.

Confidence Neluvhola that has tried to assist me has been amazing, but her support is lacking
