No Response from Cartrack

one would think escalating the matter to (***) would solve things, you would eventually get somebody with a history and pure understanding of an irate customer only fighting for his right, you would get somebody who understands and follows the "Consumer Act", somebody who understands that a customer has the right to the disclosure of information as I have asked numerous times for my call recording but nothing to date, Im not a lawyer, nor asking for a miracle, but as a paying customer for even some of the unit that is not working, I'm still giving cartrack time to make things right.

in an event, you need a summary of the story 1. consultant said I would get my money in 48 hours 2. four days later the same person was on leave [probably doesn't want to talk to me] 3. Supervisor rude as ever and told me that there was nothing she can do, I need to wait for 7 working days 4. Manager, says the same thing the supervisor says and no sense of relating to a customer and the fact that I have been double debited and that due to that, I'm in areas and situation could be worse if something happened to me [funeral policy could lapse, car could be in an accident and who will pay since my premiums are not up to date due to this double debit]

By the way, I do have lawyers and will escalate the matter if someone doesn't relate to my situation and treat me with the respect I deserve as a paying customer of more than 9 vehicles. this is draining, the last company I expected treatment like this, especially for a person with a fleet of vehicles. no sense of customer service, from the consultant to the manager.
