No response from car track they don't care about ur safety...

I rent my vechile out for bolt and my driver was taken at a mall today in vereeniging the driver alerted me about the situation 2 cars blocked him and people then took him to the taxi rank I phoned car track while this is in motion for asistance. They told me there is nothing they can do why do we have this service I They are not willing to help l. The guy is in hospital now and I had to pay 5000 randsom to get him released They could not keep my car save or my driver please stay away from this company They don't care about there clients at all.. there is video footage of were he was taking to were they took him. They told me to go there and solve the problem and pay the people..so if u have a service from them and u get taken be prepared not to get any help..
