No response for new business

I bought a new car and need a tracker for the vehicle. <br> I have sent email for someone to contact me for the installation. Itumeleng opens my mails, respond with how can they assist, but no person from Car Track does the effort in calling me for the new business. <br> What happened to customer service or just phoning the client, and this for NEW business.<br> <br> Maybe Car track does not need any new business :( or maybe just because the people working at Car track does not care *&%^%$%#@%^&& because it is not their own business, they do not care<br> I am only available on my cell phone after 3PM in the afternoon<br> <br> Not impressed
