NO R150 000 WARRANTY!!!!

I installed the car track unit in my car and unfortunately it got ****** and was never recovered to date and when i called to claim the R150 000 warranty they promise on the website I was told that my monthly installment was discounted by R10 if I am not mistaken but I do not recall asking for a discount, I did not even know that was possible, is this how they conduct their business? The warranty was one of the reasons why i took their unit in the first place because it showed a promise of good service delivery, guess it was just a marketing strategy to get more clientele:(
