No proof of an agreement yet my accounts is debited by Cartrack

I requested a copy of the agreement Cartrack have with me. It is now 8 months since I requested a copy of the agreement. To date Cartrack have not been able to show this. Yet I am handed over to attorneys - Viljoen Inc. For months on end I was called every second day ... having to explain the same request again and again. I refuse to pay for something that I did not agree too. If there is an agreement I am happy to settle this account. I am concerned that my private information was leaked without my consent and I am now liable for an something I was unaware of. Maybe the attorneys will now make some progress in resolving this. I will never ever deal with Cartrack.
