No luck of installation!!!

I'm not pleased at all, on Saturday I called Car Track and signed up with them for a tracking device and I was informed that someone would call me to schedule when they will install the device. Today I decided to call them again and I was informed that someone will call me, I've been waiting since 11 for someone to schedule, I decided to call again and no one in that scheduling department is available, I've currently been waiting in line for the past 10 mins to get ahold of someone and with no luck. Finally got a hold of someone who asks me the same questions I've already been asked, don't these people write notes? I'm so irritated, I'm considering canceling because my vehicle is not secure and I've been trying to get it secure with no luck. They just told me they have a date after the 25th, heeeeh
