No integrity and accountability

They damaged my new car during device installation and claimed the damage is not cartrack related. I wanted to take them to ombudsman but I have no strength for them, I can’t even call them to come remove their stupid device from my vehicle because they will damage it even more and because there’s no accountability, I cancelled my contract the next day and referred most of my family members to another service provider. Zero intergrity and accountability. It doesn’t sound like a big deal until it happens to you.
