No Happy! Disgusting Service all round! They just concerned for Money!

Car Track has been nothing but useless, Demanding money for a service that has not yet been performed. The fees charged are ridiculous. Car Track apparently has notes on the system but the staff obviously cannot read! Its pathetic when you get called at 07h52 on a Sunday when they demand money! I have spoke to 7 people and not one of them were able to assist! They are pushy and think they doing you a favour! This is unacceptable! They put you through from accounts to customer service and no one answers so the call cuts! How on earth can you run a company like that!
