No footage when got accident

Their adverti*****t about camera states the opposite of their service . I wanted a footage when my car was involved in as n accident on 19th haven't got it till today but they keep on deducting, I was told the footage was blurry I told them to send it even if it's blurry but nothing till now.

If they can't fulfill their promise as per advert kindly cancel the contract and m not going to pay cancellation fee but you're the ones who didn't deliver

I have received a call and am email telling me that the unit I had and the unit they are deducting for was faulty that's what's they have found . And they are blaming me for not calling them every three months to check if the device is not faulty , how ridiculous is that.

Cartrack kindly cancel your contract with no cancellation fee and return my money because I take the matter to Ombudsman.
