No feedback whatsoever

So after multiple emails to them and a few calls, not to mention a complaint on Hellopeter, which they responded to, my issue is still not resolved. I am getting the feeling this is being done deliberately for some reason. Flashback they asked me to pay the remainder of the contract, which I was fine with upon cancellation. They sent me a sms asking to EFT this. I did this, but come end of month, they debited it again. What an absolute nightmare to get my money back. After my last call with them, I raised this on Hellopeter, and received an email with a reference number. Cartrack also rep**** to my Hellopeter post and said they'll get in contact with me. That was two weeks ago and that was the last I've heard of them. Ran off like ******* in the night, not looking back. Imagine if they did this to a 1000 customers and just kept hanging on to the money to get rent while their customers have to make arrangements to pay stuff. It really is very disappointing to say the least.
